You weren't created to seek the approval of man. That's why people-pleasing is such a dangerous trap.
You were created to please God. 2 Corinthians 5:9 says, "So we make it our goal to please him, whether we are at home in the body or away from it."
As you make it your primary goal to please God, you'll find Christ increasingly becoming your satisfaction and enjoying God's approval through faith in Christ.
Remember: JESUS IS ENOUGH!
